• Oversee all digital content performance (website/mobile web).
• Manage and supervise the social media team and KOL partnerships.
• Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns.
• Oversee social media advertising and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Supervise offline event activities.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with 5+ years of related marketing experience.
• Prior e-commerce experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a team leader.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Willing to work WFO in Kebayoran Baru, Monday-Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), with flexibility for travel and weekend work when required.
