Job description

Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the group’s diversified business goals (Real Estate, Power, and Infrastructure).

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS), on-premise data centers, and large-scale network architectures across the township.

Enterprise Systems: Lead the optimization and integration of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and other corporate business applications.

Cybersecurity & Governance: Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy policies, and disaster recovery plans (DRP) to safeguard corporate assets.

Digital Innovation: Drive "Smart City" initiatives and IoT integrations to enhance the efficiency of industrial and residential estate management.

Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee the IT department’s $CAPEX$ and $OPEX$, ensuring maximum ROI and maintaining strategic partnerships with global technology vendors.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Managerial/Head level). Experience in a Holding Company or Real Estate industry is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Network Security.

Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations.

Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001 standards.

Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex technical data to the Board of Directors.

Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
