About the job Senior Investment Professional

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Investment Team Lead to oversee the investment function, with a particular focus on portfolio monitoring, value creation, and performance management. This role will manage a team and provide leadership across ongoing investment activities, ensuring alignment with the firms strategic objectives in infrastructure, digital, and technology-driven sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the Investment Department Head and team in managing deal execution, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
• Lead portfolio monitoring efforts, including financial/operational performance reviews, KPI tracking, and value creation initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison with portfolio company management teams, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and delivery of strategic objectives.
• Provide oversight and input on financial models, valuations, and due diligence for new and ongoing investments.
• Prepare and present portfolio performance updates and investment recommendations to senior leadership and board committees.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, including restructuring, strategic partnerships, or exit planning.
• Stay updated on industry developments in infrastructure, digital platforms, and technology, leveraging insights to inform portfolio strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in investment monitoring frameworks, reporting tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting, with a strong track record in portfolio monitoring and value creation.
• Experience managing and mentoring investment teams.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, digital, and technology-driven sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and board members.
