Job description

The Senior HubSpot Solution Architect at Hubexo is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot across multiple business areas — including Sales, Marketing, and Service. This role will drive both CRM migration projects from various legacy systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, and custom-built CRMs) and the long‑term HubSpot architecture that supports the company’s evolving commercial operations. A hands‑on approach is essential: the architect will directly configure HubSpot, perform data migrations, and design automations, while leading a small team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and end‑to‑end delivery of HubSpot architecture across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Manage and execute data migrations from legacy CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, and custom).
  • Configure HubSpot objects, properties, workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business owners to translate processes into scalable HubSpot solutions.
  • Define and enforce data governance, access models, and reporting structures.
  • Lead a small technical team and coordinate with external vendors and integration partners.
  • Work closely with the Integration Developer to connect HubSpot with NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, and other platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise for API integrations and support troubleshooting.
  • Document configurations, data models, and best practices for sustainable growth.
  • Support continuous improvement, enablement, and user adoption of HubSpot across teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Good Communication with English.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in CRM design, configuration, and implementation, including 5+ years in HubSpot.
  • Proven track record in data migration projects and CRM transformations.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot’s Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Experience with integrations between HubSpot and systems such as NetSuite, Chargebee, and DealHub.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, ETL processes, and API integration tools (Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar).
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Solutions Architecture, Data Management). These are plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities — capable of working across business and technical stakeholders.
