Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned FSI accounts.
  • Develop deep insight into clients’ strategic goals and operational challenges.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to boost adoption and revenue.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell possibilities across the offerings.
  • Lead negotiations related to renewals, contracts, and pricing.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure client success.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure commitments are met.
  • Stay informed on banking industry trends and competitive moves.
  • Channel client feedback to refine offerings.
