Job summary

A leading sports goods manufacturer in Nganjuk is seeking an experienced accounting manager to oversee the accounting department. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising accounting teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 8 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English is necessary, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall general accounting department.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, budget plans, and cost analysis for management review.
• Monitor the Customs Ledger to ensure all transactions comply with local government regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Group’s Hong Kong offices to resolve finance and accounting-related issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to handle annual/interim audits and tax filing, planning, and reporting.
• Supervise and support the accounting teams at the Nganjuk factory and in Surabaya.
• Oversee the shipping department to ensure accurate cost tracking and operational efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.
