Design Leadership & Oversight

• Lead the in-house architectural design direction for hospitality, resort, and high‑end residential developments.
• Coordinate and review all deliverables from external Lead Architect, Interior Designer, and Landscape Architect to ensure alignment with the project vision, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure design excellence, sustainability, and harmony between architecture, interior, and landscape elements.

Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as Harmoni Bali’s main design point of contact with consultant teams, ensuring smooth flow of information and approvals.
• Host and lead regular coordination meetings with architects, interior, and landscape consultants.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and resolutions on design‑related issues in consultation with the Planning & Development team.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM) teams to track milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure design intent is preserved throughout tender, value engineering, construction documentation, and site implementation phases.
• Monitor consultant progress against agreed design schedules and highlight delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.

Technical & Documentation Support

• Review and give input on architectural drawings, material specifications, and sample submissions.
• Ensure design compliance with local codes, environmental regulations, and Harmoni Bali’s internal standards.
• Support internal reporting and documentation on design matters for management reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Proven experience leading architectural design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a comprehensive understanding of luxury market trends.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, managing tight deadlines and evolving project requirements.
