About the role

As a Sales Supervisor at PT THE COOL, you will play a key role in driving the sales and growth of our dynamic consumer goods company. In this full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities of your team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
  • Monitor sales data and provide regular reports to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new sales prospects
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to help them reach their individual and team targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
