Job summary

A leading sales company in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to promote and sell our products while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will develop new channels, maintain client relations, and conduct market research. We require a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in health supplements or pet products. Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred. This role involves travel across Indonesia and offers a competitive salary of IDR 8-10 million per month.

Job description

Responsible for the market promotion, sales, and brand promotion of the company’s products in the Indonesian market, and achieving assigned sales targets;

Develop new customers and sales channels in Indonesia, maintain existing client relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;

Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in Indonesia, and provide timely feedback to support product optimization and marketing strategy development;

Handle sales contract signing, follow‑up, and post‑sales payment collection;

Collaborate with internal teams to complete other sales‑related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales‑related experience; candidates with team management experience are preferred;
• Industry Background: Experience in sales of health supplements or pet products is preferred;
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred;
• Skills & Competencies: Strong market development, communication, and negotiation skills; good customer service awareness and team collaboration spirit;
• Others: Willingness to travel within Indonesia; strong ability to work under pressure and excellent execution skills.

Location: GOLD COAST PIK, NORTH JAKARTA

Compensation: IDR 8–10 million per month (or equivalent, depending on local standards).
