PT. Kahatex is a large-scale integrated textile manufacturing company serving both domestic and export markets. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities (local and export markets).
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential customers and business opportunities (market research expenses are fully covered by the company).
• Communicate and negotiate with buyers regarding pricing, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and sales contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, PPIC, QC, and Logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market insights, and sales performance analysis.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long‑term business relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, or Textile Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the textile or garment industry.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good understanding of textile business processes (order handling, production flow, costing, and delivery) is an advantage.
• Willing to work full‑time in Rancaekek, Bandung.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
