A leading tools company in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for their Handtools line. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in sales management, capable of leading a team and meeting sales targets. You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of sales, providing training, and ensuring effective market exploration. This is a crucial role with direct reports to the President Director.

Working Scope: Handling and Coordinating all sales Handtools aspect nationwide.
Job Objectives: Able to create team that having a good competency, with all team can do standard working processes, execute sales program, market eksploration, cross up selling & relationship, and suggesting program, so all sales potency can executeable and having maximum volume, also ensuring sales achievement meet the target, growth in the area responsibility. Able to give training and people development for all Head of Sales and Salesman.
- Direct Report to President Director (also Owner).
- Supervising 5 Assistant manager Sales and 20 Salesman.
- Handle 4 Brand Product (Multipro, TPT, Action & Puff Dino).
Have experience in Handtools 8-10 years as Sales manager.
