In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing event bookings to maximize revenue for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for events and meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections and create compelling proposals to showcase our event facilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools is preferred.
