Job summary

A subsidiary in the automotive sector is seeking a qualified individual to manage orders and negotiations within the automotive industry. The role involves coordinating delivery, monitoring quotations, and fostering communication with customers to ensure a seamless process. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the same field especially in Automotive company or PMA in manufacturing/warehouse industry/sales area.
• Good English skill (Able to speak Japanese/Nihongo is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and control received orders and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal staff regarding orders and shipment.
• Negotiate prices with customers.

Job description

Have knowledge and understanding in QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development)

Manage, monitoring and controlling receive order, delivery control.

Managing and monitoring Business activities.

Managing and controlling, and coordination with internal staff related order, delivery or shipment.

Making and monitoring quotation cost

Manage and controlling between received order and quotation.

Price negotiation with customer

Forecast negotiation with affiliate.

Review and analyst (forecast, sales amount, lost profit) report to Superior

Requirements

• Bachelor in any major
