Your responsibilities

In summary, you\'ll:

• Checking and inputting the billing payments (e.g. monthly tax compliance, customer/import duty, and PNBP) into the Bank Portal for both Reckitt and MJN.
• Reviewing payment proposals prior to execution (including Supplier Financing & ICO for both Factory & Commercial, payment to 3rd party vendor & distributor in Commercial).
• Prepare documents for import/export transactions and Foreign Currency Declaration as required by the Bank for all entities.
• Submit all report required to Central Bank of Indonesia (BI) for all entities.
• Monitoring cash balances and bank transactions across all entities..
• Uploading supporting documents to SharePoint for journal entries..
• Downloading Bank Statement and Payment Advice all entities.
• Assist in the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain fixed asset records and ensure accurate depreciation calculations.
• Support asset tagging and physical verification processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Any other adhoc.

The experience we\'re looking for

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SAP; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
