• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, customer service, and sales targets

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail associates, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service
• Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that engage customers and increase brand awareness
