Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Master\'s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry or equivalent.


• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia


• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in Metal, Plastic, Wood, Intumescent, Automotive Coating, Polyurethane (PU) Base, and Stoving.


• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office


• Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Manager specialized in Chemistry or equivalent.


• Have the ability and knowledge of MAKING PAINT FORMULATION for all application purpose both in develop or create new product.


• Have wide connection with chemical Supplier will be a plus


• Familiar and follow the market trend of paint and coating

Responsibilities

• Developing and creating new product in accordance with the quality and target set up.


• Arranging, monitoring and controlling the research of paint product by following the market trend


• Analyzing and troubleshooting of any problems that accurs in lab, production and client\'s site


• Ensuring all required process and testing have been conducted and complied with the standard and regulation


• Making and updating monthly report
