Accountabilities

• Act as Staff-level technical owner for Voice AI and Agentic Agent architecture.

• Build conversational workflows with capabilities for tool use and human handoff.

• Ensure compliance and security requirements are met for all AI workflows.
• Mentor engineers on AI, Voice systems, and distributed architectures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on AI and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI systems, including LLMs, NLP/NLU.
• Proficient in Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
• Strong background in API architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with CCaaS / Voice platforms such as Five9 or Genesys.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python or other modern backend languages.
• Ability to lead technically without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
