As a critical driver of customer satisfaction, this role will oversee a dedicated team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) ensuring the success of customers in their region. You will play a vital role in bridging technical needs with business strategy, paving the way for seamless collaboration among Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support. Your leadership will significantly impact customer retention and growth within a fast-paced, innovative environment, aimed at creating secure cloud solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of TAMs, providing technical and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Renewals, and Marketing on strategic account plans.
  • Program manage account escalations to ensure timely and well-coordinated resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cloud security landscape and related technologies.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans and track performance against key indicators.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments, ensuring feature availability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or related technical customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams.
  • Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
  • CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security concerns.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
