  • Prioritize and execute workload towards weekly goals in a results‑oriented team environment
  • Provide superior client service and consultations on plan operation and design
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all work performed
  • Communicate pro‑actively with clients and advisors regarding industry developments
  • Review and deliver required non‑discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
Requirements
  • Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of non‑discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
  • Relevant industry designation preferred
  • Four‑year college degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of critical thinking
