A microfinance initiative is seeking a Regional Auditor to enhance internal audit activities across Indonesia. The role entails executing audit plans, analyzing data for internal control weaknesses, and preparing systematic audit reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of operational audit experience. You will also engage with cross-functional teams to ensure auditing effectiveness and contribute to optimizing business processes.
As our next star as Regional Auditor, you will get a chance to help Amartha on implementing internal audit activities, and demonstrate your keen ability to identify root cause of problem. You will work alongside the other internal audit team, risk division, lending team, and goes around Amartha’s points/branches around Indonesia to deliver improvement of business process quality of Amartha.
Amartha Microfinance is an inclusive microfinance initiative dedicated to serve those living at the very bottom of socioeconomic ladder. We customized the Grameen group lending system with Indonesia’s local context and, in some cases, with Islamic sharia law. Coupled with our financial services and education, the business model allows poor families to receive working capital and build business based on transparency, accountability and participation. Started in 2010, now we have empowered 5,500+ low-income families in 60+ villages. We persistently expand our outreach to reach many low‑income families, earn more income and participate more fully in the formal economy.
