Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy
  • Develop and execute recruitment roadmaps for various IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Analysts, PMs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong IT talent pool for strategic and high-demand positions.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters.
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate team KPIs and performance outcomes.
Sourcing & Head Hunting
  • Manage sourcing across multiple channels and proactively approach passive candidates.
  • Handle recruitment for both mass hiring and niche tech positions (e.g., DevOps, Data Engineer, Cybersecurity).
Screening & Evaluation
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for in-depth candidate assessments.
Client Partnership
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to clients on hiring progress.
Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.).
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of HR or Business Unit Head.
Process Improvement
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement new tools and systems to enhance recruitment operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within outsourcing, tech consulting, or IT staffing companies.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team.
  • Proven experience handling mass hiring and niche tech roles.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
