About the role

As a Quality Surveyor at PMG Hotels & Resorts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence across our luxury hotel portfolio in Bali. This full‑time position involves conducting comprehensive inspections and assessments to identify and address any areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out regular quality audits and inspections across all hotel facilities and operations.
• Identify and report on any quality or safety issues, recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of quality control procedures and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality concerns and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality assurance processes.
• Provide training and guidance to hotel staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, trends and best practices in quality assurance.

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in a field such as Hospitality, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with hotel staff at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality objectives.
• Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of international quality standards and best practices.
