As we scale our business nationally, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Purchasing Manager to strengthen our procurement operations and support our continued growth.

Location: Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire purchasing and procurement process for both retail outlets and production needs.
  • Identify, compare, and select the best suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery reliability.
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations to secure the most competitive deals.
  • Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), purchase requests, and inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse team.
  • Work closely with the production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows.
  • Maintain and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and cost-efficiency principles.
  • Manage, improve, and document purchasing systems and procedures to ensure a structured workflow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing for the fashion and the garment industry.
  • Strong network of suppliers for raw materials is an advantage.
  • Familiar with PO systems, inventory management, and procurement software.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
