Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
  • Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and manage the departmental budget to achieve cost-saving targets.
  • Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness (e.g., Lead Time, Supplier Quality, Cost Variance).
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Min. 5 years in procurement/purchasing (Managerial level preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Analytical: Proven ability to analyze data and reduce operational costs.
  • Communication: Excellent English (written & verbal) and leadership skills
