Job summary

A leading marketing agency in Indonesia is seeking a marketing professional to develop communication strategies and manage brand projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in Indonesian, and fluency in either English or Chinese. This role involves planning marketing campaigns, leading projects, and ensuring quality execution across channels. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong creativity and communication skills.

Job description
  • Develop effective communication strategies based on brand values, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Excel at extracting core messages from products and the brand itself, conceptualizing and producing persuasive brand stories, marketing concepts, communication themes, and slogans.
2. Integrated Marketing Planning
  • Play a key role in structuring and planning the campaign roadmap of a series of our products.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end planning of marketing campaign activations, ensuring creative ideas are effectively deployed across owned channels (e.g., social media, membership programs) and paid media.
3. Content Creation & Execution:
  • Participate in initial market insight mining and idea generation for brand projects.
  • Write, conceptualize, and quality-check key marketing materials (e.g., video scripts, key visual copy, event concepts, brand collateral).
4. Project Management & Coordination:
  • Lead brand projects independently, managing overall timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., design, compliance) and external partners (e.g., agencies), managing the process from creative pitching and vendor selection to final execution.
Requirements:
1. Experience & Background:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, or in-house brand department.
  • Profeciency in Indonesian, and fluent in either English or Chinese.
  • Proven experience in independently managing and successfully executing integrated online/offline marketing projects. Experience in the Vape industry is a significant plus.
  • Solid understanding of the workflows for advertising design, media operations, and event execution.
