Key Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the execution of a comprehensive product marketing plan for Skul.id to achieve established growth targets and market penetration.
  • Act as the main liaison and communication bridge between Business teams and Technology teams (Product & Engineering) to ensure alignment between business needs and the technical capabilities of the Skul.id product.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of Skul.id performance (key metrics, user/partner satisfaction) and translate user/strategic partner feedback into actionable product improvement or development recommendations.
  • Analyze the potential of new ideas and development initiatives for Skul.id (including market analysis and business case feasibility), and prioritize the project roadmap based on potential strategic impact and available resources.
  • Periodically review and report on the current corporate strategy performance and formulate new strategic proposals specifically for Skul.id, leveraging relevant internal and external data analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or other relevant fields).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Business Analyst roles, preferably within the EdTech or Technology industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing marketing plans or product growth initiatives.
  • Adept at performing data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to evaluate product performance and user experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between Business and Technology teams and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders (partners).
  • Analytical thinking and proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving project or product-related issues.
  • Strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget, with an emphasis on measurable business outcomes.
