We focus onmarket entry, human capital, and business connectivity, with sector specialisation acrossrenewable energy, clean resources, energy efficiency, industrial machinery, entertainment, and other industries.

We work closely with founders, senior executives, investors, and government-linked stakeholders in afast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capableProject Executiveto support and execute consulting projects end-to-end. This role is ideal for asmart, driven, and curious individualwho enjoys solving problems independently, working across cultures, and learning across multiple industries.

You will work closely with senior team members, clients, and external stakeholders, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered with quality, speed, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Client Support

Support and execute consulting projects across market entry, corporate setup, human capital, operations, and sector-specific initiatives.

Independently analyse client challenges and propose structured, practical solutions.

Prepare project deliverables including reports, presentations, summaries, and internal memos.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Communicate clearly and professionally with overseas clients, particularly from China.

Coordinate with government agencies, advisors, vendors, and business partners when required.

Research, Analysis & Problem Solving

Conduct market, regulatory, industry, and company-level research.

Synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Support strategic thinking and decision-making for both clients and internal teams.

Financial & Analytical Support (Strong Advantage)

Analyse financial statements and business performance indicators.

Support basic financial modelling, cost analysis, and business case development.

Assist in preparing investment-related or strategy materials when required.

Internal Coordination & Time Management

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations are well managed.

Continuously improve internal processes and execution quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.

Fluency inBahasa Indonesia and English(spoken and written).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes.

Strong time management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Highly Advantageous

Ability tospeak, read, and write Chinese (Mandarin).

Strong comfort with numbers and financial data.

Ability to understand financial statements and support financial modelling.

Prior exposure to consulting, corporate strategy, investment, or cross-border business.
