Job Title

Project Administrator – Project Development & Services (PDS)

Job Description Summary

Provide administrative, financial, and coordination support to the PDS team and Director to ensure smooth project operations and reporting.

About the Role:
  • Support the PDS Director with scheduling, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and preparation of reports or presentation decks.
  • Manage project finance administration, including invoice collection, claims processing, purchase orders and tracking of project spending and documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement-related tasks such as vendor documentation, PO follow-up, and supplier communication.
  • Maintain project records, dashboards, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, trackers, shared folders) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely submission of documents, payments, and project deliverables.
  • Assist with workplace operations and cross-functional coordination, including event logistics, employee support, and occasionally stepping in for light front-of-house duties when required to ensure seamless office service standards.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, finance operations, or project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with invoices, financial trackers, and documentation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills both in Indonesian & English and professional maturity to support both project teams and senior leadership.
