Job description

Take lead of production organization in their area of responsibility to make good use of equipment, materials and human resources to finish the production order issued by planner with high quality and on time delivery. Maintain the process at high level and continue optimization for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities

Organize operators, technicians and engineers with appropriate skills to complete production orders issued by planners, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

Apply statistical methods and engineering problem-solving tools to analyze products and processes; establish effective performance monitoring and tracking systems to manage key metrics.

Strengthen workshop and material management practices to minimize material loss and waste across all processes.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, standard operating instructions (SOPs), safety regulations, 5S standards, and production discipline throughout the workshop.

Build a strong team culture, motivate team members, and drive the achievement of departmental KPIs.

Actively participate in and lead problem-solving activities to maintain smooth production operations and meet the requirements of operational excellence.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean projects) and cost-reduction programs.

Manage the performance, coaching, and talent development of all direct reports, ensuring they are qualified and competent for their roles in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to support on-site audits and inspections required for new product registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of team management experience and 1+ year of relevant experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics, pharmacy or related fields.

Experienced in quality system of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMPs is preferred.

Hands-on experience in medical product processing and production

Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory requirement)

Willing to work in Cikarang Area
