Job summary

A footwear manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Production Material Control professional to oversee adherence to production schedules and allocate resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have over 3–5 years of experience in factory management, preferably within the footwear industry. Responsibilities include evaluating team performance, preparing reports for management, and collaborating with quality control to ensure product quality. Availability to start in January/February 2026 is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in Taiwan-funded projects.
• Prior supervisory and LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in the footwear industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Allocate resources to maintain production standards.

• Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards.
• Evaluate employees’ performance and coach production teams.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards.
• Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Prepare production reports for senior management.
• Create KPIs for the production process and tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have solid communication skills and leadership skills.
• Prior supervisory experience and/or LEAN manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Have more than 3–5 years of experience in Taiwan‑funded factory management.
• Highly preferred to have experience in the footwear industry.
• Available to join in January/February 2026.
