Job summary

A leading machinery manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified mechanical designer to conduct field tests, develop product specifications, and improve product quality. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in machinery design, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in design software. An understanding of industry standards and trends is essential. Fluency in English is preferred, with Chinese as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields.
• 3+ years of working experience in the design of complete machines in construction machinery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction machinery or automotive industry standards.
• Master key points of construction machinery layout and performance parameters.
• Understand industry development trends and competing brands.
• Preferably able to communicate in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Fluent in product design software and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field tests and gather data on machine operations.
• Organize product development and ensure R&D compliance.
• Plan and design product specifications and documentation.
• Implement product design improvements based on feedback.
• Translate customer needs into product specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to align products with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for engineering research and development.
