A leading machinery manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified mechanical designer to conduct field tests, develop product specifications, and improve product quality. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in machinery design, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in design software. An understanding of industry standards and trends is essential. Fluency in English is preferred, with Chinese as a plus.
Conduct Field Test and Study to get information, data, video and document of Machine Operation, get exact information of Machine Performance, Cost, Durability and Utilities.
Be responsible for organizing product development: promote the technical service work for product design, prototype trial production, testing, improvement and mass production, and at the same time guide the work of component designers to ensure that the R&D work proceeds as planned.
Be responsible for the overall design of the product: plan the overall design, organize the writing of various documents required for product confirmation, production and sales, as well as the drawings, production technical documents and sales documents of the models under responsibility.
Product quality improvement: based on internal and external quality feedback, implement product design improvements, track the confirmation of improvement effects, and improve the relevant technical documents of the responsible products.
Customers Orientation:
Collaboration with other institutes (academics, customers/users, dealers, head office, and/or industries) to stimulate engineering research and development programs.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields.
Have 3 years or more of working experience in the design of complete machines in the construction machinery or industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be familiar with ISO/GB/LG and other standards in the construction machinery or automotive industry, and be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations on technology, quality, measurement and environment.
Master the key points of overall layout and performance parameters of construction machinery, as well as the key technologies, configuration matching and component selection of the products.
Be familiar with industry development trends and understand the development dynamics of competing brands.
Preferably able to speak, read and write English (Chinese speaker is prior).
Fluent in product design software such as CAD, PRO/E, as well as common office software like Office.
