We are a growing furniture manufacturing company looking for a PPIC Manager to strengthen our production team. This position plays an important role in controlling production planning, material requirements, and ensuring the production process runs according to target.
Minimum education: D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PPIC / Production, preferably in the furniture industry.
Understands furniture production flow: cutting, machining, assembling, sanding, finishing, packing.
Able to prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Able to read shop drawings, understand Bill of Material (BOM), and material requirements.
Thorough, communicative, and able to work with deadlines & cross-department coordination.
Able to speak English (minimum intermediate level).
Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Calculate & prepare MRP for raw material requirements.
Break down orders into Work Orders (SPK) and distribute them to the production department.
Monitor production progress from cutting to finishing/packing.
Control raw material & finished goods stock accuracy together with the warehouse team.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Purchasing, Project Manager, and Estimator.
Prepare production reports, machine capacity data, and lead time estimations.
Anticipate and resolve production issues (material shortages, delays, data mismatch).
