About the role

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations and managing the administrative tasks for the executive team at CV Adiguna Setiawan Abadi. Based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, this full‑time position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Coordinating and organising meetings, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handling various correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of the executive team.
  • Maintaining confidential files and records, and ensuring the efficient flow of information.
  • Handling the recruitment process, including managing job platforms such as Glints, Jobstreet and LinkedIn.
  • Assisting with project management tasks and providing support for special events or initiatives.
  • Anticipating the needs of the executive team and proactively taking on tasks to ensure smooth operations.
