About the role

This is a full time, fully remote position, from 8pm - 4am +/- 1 hour WIB 40 hours per week, to do administrative support for a wholesale chemical distribution in the US.

What you'll be doing
  • Review invoices from our suppliers, analyze costs and confirm charges.
  • Coordinate payments to suppliers.
  • Review purchase orders from customers, confirm the quantities and the prices with management or sales.
  • Coordinate shipments to customers.
  • Invoice customers timely and accurately.
  • Do other administrative duties (documentations).
  • Resolve issues timely.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or operations role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry; working with 3PL providers; working with chemical or industrial goods.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and IT systems.
  • A team player with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret data.
