A leading home technology company in Indonesia seeks a National Offline Sales Manager to lead national offline business strategy and manage distributor and retail networks. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in offline sales or business development, ideally in personal care products or small home appliances. The role requires proven leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills, with a strong emphasis on results and communication. Willingness to travel nationally is necessary.
Lead and be fully responsible for the national offline business strategy, covering all offline sales channels across the country, including modern trade, traditional trade, distributors, dealers, and showrooms.
Develop, manage, and optimize the national distributor and retail network, ensuring healthy channel structure, coverage expansion, and sustainable growth.
Take full ownership of national sales targets (sell-in & sell-out), including annual planning, quarterly execution, and monthly performance tracking.
Formulate and execute nationwide offline promotion plans, including in-store visibility, display standards, retail promotions, roadshows, and channel-specific campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent national brand execution and alignment between offline sales activities and brand strategy.
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure nationwide product availability, inventory optimization, and efficient order fulfillment.
Analyze national market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management.
Build, lead, and develop the national offline sales team, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
Monitor and evaluate regional and national sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and channel ROI, and implement continuous improvement actions.
Prepare and present national business reviews, sales reports, forecasts, and strategic proposals to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in offline sales or business development, preferably within:
Personal care products (hair dryers, shavers, curling irons), or
Small home appliances such as water purifiers or air purifiers.
Strong preference for candidates with experience from international brands (highly advantageous if from Philips or other international brands related).
Proven experience in managing nationwide offline business or multi-region sales operations.
Demonstrated capability in a managerial or leadership role, including team and distributor management.
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and financial indicators.
Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide as required.
Results-driven mindset with strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities.
