Job summary

A logistics company in Indonesia is seeking a Project Administrator to support project communications and operational readiness.   • Support field teams during rollout and readiness checks.
  • Prepare presentation materials and project status updates.
  • Arrange UAT schedules and coordinate training sessions.

Job description
Stakeholder Communication
  • Track project milestones and ensure all stakeholders receive timely updates.
  • Follow up action items & escalate blockers to PM.
Data Collection & Analysis
  • Gather operational data from relevant department.
Operational Readiness & Implementation Support
  • Ensure hubs/branches receive required tools, devices, credentials, and training materials.
  • Support field teams during rollout (checklist readiness).
Monitoring Pilot & Live Operations
  • Track performance during pilot: success rate, failed scans, parcel flow issues, courier readiness.
  • Document issues.
Administrative Support for the Project Team
  • Prepare presentation materials (deck updates, dashboards, weekly project status).
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Arrange UAT schedules with IT/Product.
  • Prepare training materials & release notes.
  • Coordinate training sessions for hub leaders, branch staff, or couriers.
  • Track trainee attendance and summarize feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or any related major in reputable university with cumlaude GPA.
  • 1 year’s experience in logistics or project administration.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
