Job summary

The successful candidate will manage HR operations, oversee payroll, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a Japanese manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
