Overview

We are seeking a Mandarin Translator (Collection Assistant Manager) to join our team at PT. BERKAH GIAT JAYA' in Tangerang, Banten. This is a contract position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality translation services and assisting with the management of our collection efforts. Your fluency in Mandarin will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely translation of documents, emails, and other materials especially in Mandarin
• Support the Collection team by assisting with communication, negotiation, and resolution of collection cases
• Collaborate with the Collection team to develop and implement strategies for improving collection rates
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on translation activities and collection progress
• Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Collection department
• Assist with training and development of team members on Mandarin-related communication and collection best practices

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the collection or customer service industry (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive collection-related conversations
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools for translation, data management, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide support to team members
