About Arista Group

Arista Group, one of Indonesia’s largest automotive dealer networks, is opening a Management Trainee (MT) Operations Program through Arista Academy. This 12-month program is designed to develop future Operations Supervisors with strong analytical, execution, and leadership capabilities.

This is not a sales role.

The program focuses on operational excellence, covering Vehicle (Business Analyst) and Logistics functions across Head Office and branch operations.

About the Role

As an MT Operations, you will go through a structured development journey combining training, rotations, field exposure, and improvement projects. You will work closely with HRD, functional leaders, and Branch Managers while gaining hands-on experience in real dealer operations.

Program Journey
  • In-Class Training : Company profile, values, kaizen mindset, and leadership soft skills
  • Head Office Rotation : Cross-department exposure in Vehicle & Logistics, HRD mentoring, and case-based projects
  • Branch Assignment : Operational and administrative on-the-job training, field observation, and branch mentoring
  • Improvement Project : Execution of a business improvement initiative and presentation to management

High-performing participants may be prepared and considered for an Acting Supervisor role, followed by further evaluation for Supervisor appointment based on performance, leadership readiness, and business impact.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High learning agility, resilience, and leadership potential
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and operations
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office (Jakarta) or branches across Indonesia (mandatory)
