The company’s products are available across Indonesia through an extensive distribution network of more than 35,000 retail outlets and numerous sub-distributors. With a broad variety of product options, the organization serves a wide spectrum of market segments—from mass-market needs to value-driven and project-based requirements—making it one of the most accessible ceramic manufacturers in the country.

  • Generate performance reports for PPIC and logistics, identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and maintain alignment with supply chain, sales, and finance teams to support continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in PPIC, warehouse, or logistics management, including prior managerial experience leading teams in manufacturing environments with large-volume, continuous production, complex inbound raw material coordination, and outbound distribution.

Proficient in production planning, capacity management, demand forecasting, warehouse management, inventory control (FIFO, FEFO, safety stock), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar). Skilled in using data tools (advanced Excel), understanding PPIC documentation (production orders, work orders, BOM, routing), and applying Lean Supply Chain, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Professional Qualities: Strong coordination, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
