Overview

With 3-5 years of experience in international logistics and warehousing, including team management experience. Very familiar with Indonesian import and export operations, and proficient in office software and warehouse management systems is a must. Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Team and Operations Management: Responsible for managing, training, scheduling, and evaluating the on-site operations team, ensuring efficient operation throughout the processes of receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
• Performance and Cost Control: Establish and monitor various operational KPIs (such as efficiency and accuracy), analyze operational costs, and propose plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Process Optimization and Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize warehouse and operational processes, resolve major operational issues, and drive the implementation of improvement measures.
• Resource Coordination and Vendor Management: Plan and manage logistics resources (facilities, equipment, personnel), and coordinate and evaluate third-party carriers.
• Customer Relations and Internal/External Communication: Maintain key customer relationships, and act as the primary interface for internal reporting and external coordination.
