• Provide daily operational support for system and application environments.
• Perform basic configuration, deployment, and monitoring of Linux-based systems.
• Assist in managing cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues to higher-level engineers when needed.
• Maintain system logs, status reports, and operational documentation.
• Participate in training and certification programs (LFCA, LF-DOS, LFCS) as part of continuous learning.
• Work closely with the operations and DevOps team to ensure service availability and performance.
• 3-shift work schedule (3 shifts per day).

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Bash).
• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, proven by LFCA certification or equivalent internal training.
• Familiar with public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.
• Good understanding of DevOps fundamentals and CI/CD concepts.
• Has completed or willing to take Linux Practical DevOps (LF-DOS) training.
• Strong initiative, learning spirit, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with tools like Git, Docker, Jenkins, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Prior experience in IT Operations or Application Support environments.
