Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area.
  • Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles.
  • Make regular weekly - monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed.
  • Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed.
  • Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Experienced as Data analyst & customer satisfaction are at least 1 years.
  • Strong time management and communications.
