Accountabilities
  • Familiarize and adhere to the consulting playbook, ensuring project standards are met and quality outcomes are delivered.
  • Conduct research to enhance project relevance and engagement with customers.
  • Engage with client executives and stakeholders, using tailored communication strategies to convey ideas and align expectations.
  • Prepare tailored workshop materials to facilitate focused discussions on strategic topics.
  • Plan and facilitate discovery sessions to identify client challenges and develop actionable solutions.
  • Deep dive into business processes to identify potential improvements and gaps.
  • Articulate solutions that align with client functional requirements and best practices.
  • Map customer requirements to deliverables, establishing a roadmap for future enhancements.
  • Demonstrate product functionality to validate design decisions during workshops.
  • Maintain engagement and trust with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document decisions and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure that design decisions are upheld during project execution.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform in various roles.
  • 3+ years in Quote-to-Cash/Revenue operations consulting, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Experience leading medium to large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Confident in discussing data, analytics, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong workload management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building client trust through engagement.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Expertise in creating effective presentations.
