Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Clinical Data Management - REMOTE. In this critical role, you will oversee the execution of clinical data management activities either in-house or outsourced, ensuring that data management operations adhere to quality standards. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall success of clinical studies, playing a pivotal role in the development of innovative therapies. You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify challenges and implement effective solutions, ensuring that all operations comply with established protocols. As a leader in this position, you will be key in maintaining the integrity of clinical data, ultimately impacting patient outcomes and therapeutic advancements.

Accountabilities

• Perform Lead CDM role for assigned studies
• Design and assist in the creation of clinical databases
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of databases
• Draft and approve study-specific CDM documentation
• Oversee data cleaning activities for assigned and outsourced studies
• Monitor study progress to meet milestones
• Manage relationships with CDM vendors
• Ensure compliance with relevant SOPs
• Identify and communicate potential risks to the team
• Collaborate with study teams to create risk-based solutions
• File CDM study documents in the TMF promptly
• Supervise other CDM staff as needed
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health profession, science, or related field
• 6-8 years of CDM experience with at least 3 years in a Lead role
• Familiarity with SOPs, GCP standards, and CDM systems
• Experience with various EDC systems
• Knowledge of analytics within CDM systems is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; basic SAS or programming experience is a bonus
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, TEAMS, SharePoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
