A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field is ideal; professional experience in academic publishing, technical writing, or scientific communication signals fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential. Fluency in Indonesian is required.
