Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct supervision and technical guidance to subcontractor field technicians.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex field faults.
• Perform random spot checks at active work sites to verify compliance.
• Manage local inventory of critical spares and coordinate restocking.

Job Responsibilities

Direct Field Team Oversight: Provide daily direct supervision and technical guidance to subcontractor field technicians within a designated zone.

First‑Line Escalation: Serve as the first point of escalation for complex field faults, providing on‑call remote or on‑site troubleshooting support.

Quality & Safety Field Checks: Perform random spot checks at active work sites to verify compliance with work methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Parts & Logistics Coordination: Manage local inventory of critical spares, coordinate restocking, and ensure technicians have the correct materials for assigned jobs.
