A technology solutions provider located in Gresik, East Java is seeking a qualified candidate for an IT Support role. The ideal applicant will have strong problem-solving skills and at least 1–3 years of experience in IT support, specifically in automation or access control systems. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the Autogate system, providing technical support, and coordinating maintenance activities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Monitor and maintain the Autogate system, including workstations, sensors, gates, cameras, and related infrastructure. Make an initial clarification and forward matters requiring system-level action to designated personnel.
Provide first‑level technical support to users and stakeholders for Autogate issues.
Monitor equipment status and operational autogate system; troubleshoot and resolve hardware faults in a timely manner.
Assist in emergency or manual gate operations according to established procedures, under the supervision of a designated person.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operations, service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and support.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups for the Autogate system and related components.
Maintain operational records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a knowledge base or ticketing system.
