About the role

As the IT Manager (Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure & Security) at PT Simbadda Group Indonesia, you will play a vital role in driving the company's digital transformation by overseeing the development and implementation of robust enterprise architecture, secure and efficient IT infrastructure, and comprehensive cybersecurity measures. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's enterprise architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technological advancements.

Manage the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.

Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges and opportunities.

Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to senior management on IT-related decisions.

Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering their professional development and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's IT systems and solutions remain innovative and competitive.

What we’re looking for
